Tabu Ekstra — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is applicable to the Tabu Ekstra: 2026 Kelimeleri app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was published by Ediz Yılmaz (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application does not require registration or account creation. No personal information such as name, email, or phone number is collected during normal use of the Application.
Automatically Collected Information
The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to:
- The type of mobile device you use
- Your mobile device's unique device ID
- The IP address of your mobile device
- Your mobile operating system
- Information about the way you use the Application (such as game sessions, scores, and word statistics)
Crucially, this includes Advertising Identifiers (such as the iOS Advertising Identifier/IDFA). These identifiers are used by third-party services to serve personalized advertisements and analyze user behavior.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?
This Application does not gather precise information (GPS) about the location of your mobile device. However, our third-party partners (such as AdMob) may collect and use approximate location information derived from your IP address to serve relevant advertisements (for example, showing ads relevant to your country or region).
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Yes. Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service.
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
Google AdMob
Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and location data to show ads that are relevant to you.

Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase transactions and maintains subscription status.

Used for analytics, tracking game statistics, and managing word list updates. PlayFab may collect device information and usage data.

What are my opt-out rights?
You can halt all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the App Store.
Additionally, you can opt-out of personalized advertising by:
- Adjusting the "App Tracking Transparency" settings on iOS (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking)
- Limiting Ad Tracking in your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising)
Managing Your Advertising Consent (EU / UK / EEA Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right to withdraw or change your consent for personalized advertising at any time. Withdrawing your consent is as easy as giving it.
How to withdraw or change your consent
- In-app (recommended): Open Tabu Ekstra → tap the Settings icon → tap "Gizlilik Tercihleri / Privacy Choices" → re-select your preferences. Your new choice takes effect immediately.
- iOS system settings: Open the iOS Settings app → Privacy & Security → Tracking → toggle Tabu Ekstra off. This immediately disables sharing of your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) with advertising partners.
- Email request: Email edzylmz0@gmail.com with the subject "GDPR Consent Withdrawal" and we will revoke your consent and, on request, delete any associated data within 30 days.
Was passiert nach dem Widerruf? / What happens after withdrawal?
EN: After you withdraw consent, you will still see advertisements in the Application, but they will be non-personalized (contextual rather than tailored to you). The Application itself continues to function normally. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.

Your other GDPR rights
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict certain types of processing
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

In-App Purchases
The Application offers optional in-app purchases ("Ekstra+") that provide additional features such as:
- Ad-free experience
- Access to premium word lists
Purchase transactions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. The Service Provider does not have access to your payment information.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain automatically collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you'd like the Service Provider to delete your data, please contact them at edzylmz0@gmail.com and we will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at edzylmz0@gmail.com so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are giving your consent to the Service Provider processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
