Features
- Curated 2026 word list, refreshed regularly
- Turkish, German, and English word lists
- Premium "Ekstra Plus" tier unlocks extended words
- Vibrant, colorful user experience
How it was built?
Built in SwiftUI for iOS 15.6+, the app ships a curated 2026 word list as JSON and renders cards with subtle physics-driven animations. The biggest engineering decision was tiering the word lists: a free baseline of ~800 hand-picked words plus extended sets behind "Ekstra Plus", loaded lazily so cold start stays under a second.
Monetization combines Google AdMob (interstitial every 3 rounds, rewarded ads for word skips) with StoreKit 2 subscriptions managed via RevenueCat for cross-device entitlement sync. PlayFab handles lightweight analytics and fast content management so I can ship word list updates without resubmitting a build. Initial user acquisition was seeded with Apple Search Ads, which took the app from 4 to 92 daily users in less than a month.
